Shipping
Shipping costs will depend on the weight and volume of your order, your location and the speed at which you would like your parcel delivered, and also includes our handling costs. The DutchStore software is linked to the Australia Post database for accurate shipping costs.
You can put together an order into your shopping cart and get a shipping cost estimate without confirming the order at the Checkout stage. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs.
DutchStore undertakes effort, once the order has been accepted and DuchStore receives conformation of payment, to deliver the products to the address clearly indicated by the customer as soon as possible.
All shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
The purchased goods will be delivered by mail through Australia Post or by courier.
All our standard deliveries are unregistered as this enables the parcel to be left at the delivery address without a signature. Unattended addresses will have the parcel left in the letter box or near front door. We can take special instruction when ordering for the parcel to be left in a safe place of your choosing. Any parcels left at an address without a signature are at your own risk and are not our responsibility under any circumstances.
Many customers have their delivery sent to their workplace and we highly recommend it, to ensure someone can personally receive it. Alternatively, make a note in the "comments" box during checkout to say that it is OK to leave the parcel and you do not wish to receive it in person. However, if you choose this option we cannot help you if the product becomes damaged due to weather, circumstances out of our control, or disappears!
Unregistered parcel cannot be traced so it might be difficult to find once it is delayed or missing.
Express Post & Registered Post both provide a tracking number in the event of undelivered mail
or delays and has added protection and some insurance cover if the parcel is lost.
If the customer refuses to take delivery of the purchased good or fails to give the information or instruction necessary to their delivery, and the parcels is not delivered or returned to DutchStore the additional costs for extra delivery or storage are on the customer’s expense.
DutchStore cannot and will not for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the products due to customers failure to collect the products in a timely manner.
Any time of delivery, given by DutchStore shall only be indicative.
While we will try to meet customer`s deadlines we do not guarantee a definite delivery date.
Please note that once we hand your order to a third party like a Courier or Australia Post, we have no control over it an cannot & will not accept responsibility for any delays.
Disclaimer
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. However, after we hand your parcel to Australia Post or a courier service we cannot and do not accept any liability for orders delayed, lost or damaged whilst in their care. The onus is on Australia Post or the transport company for any loss or damaged caused.
Should such loss or damage occur please contact us and we will contact the Australia Post Customer Service section or the relevant transport company to lodge a claim and start an investigation.
Australia Post Registered Post has some added protection and some insurance cover if the parcel is lost. Any applicable refunds for orders delayed, lost or damaged during transit will be made after the investigation by Australia Post or the courier company has been finalised. We cannot issue refunds for delayed, lost or damaged orders until their investigation has concluded.
Returns
The customer has the right to cancel the order within seven calendar days from the date of order confirmation. Please send us an email stating the reason of cancellation, and return the goods to us as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your returned order, we give you a refund for the received items, provided that: The items are returned as new, not opened, used or damaged and are in re-saleable condition.
If a return is authorised, any credit or refund that may be given will not include any postage charges paid. We have paid the original freight costs to Australia Post or our courier and that cost is not refundable. Postage must be paid by you the customer for any items returned to us. This is normal procedure for online or mail order product returns in Australia. We DO NOT accept returns if you change your mind or don`t like the taste or colour, etc.
Please note: Sale items or items on special cannot be returned at any time.

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will NOT be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any third party! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

The personal information that will be entered by the customer when creating an account,
will be registered by DutchStore.com.au in their secured and encrypted database, and will stay confidential and not be accessible to third parties.
We only hold your account info that we need to process your orders.
Your account info can be changed by yourself, at any time, though the link called “My Account”.
When completing an order on DutchStore.com.au at the Checkout page, please ensure that the Locked Padlock symbol is displayed.
This provides a secure page to enter your payment details.
Your credit card details will not be stored in our database at all, as soon as the payment has been made by Credit Card the record of the number is destroyed to protect your information.
We use SSL Security to protect your details during the Checkout process.
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer technology which protects any information that is sent to, from, and during the order process in our online store. When a browser is pointed to our secure domain name, an SSL handshake will authenticate the server and client - it then establishes an encryption method and creates a unique key to safeguard that session.

We will not send any unsolicited email to your inbox or share your contact details with anyone outside of the order and delivery process.
The emails we do send will be in regards to DutchStore new product information, special offers or the progress on your order.
